At CK Music Malaysia, we want every customer to shop with complete peace of mind. That’s why our return policy Malaysia is designed to be simple, transparent, and fair. All items sold are generally non-returnable; however, if a product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect, you are entitled to a return or exchange.

To qualify, issues must be reported within 3 days of purchase or delivery acceptance. When making a claim, simply email sales@ckmusic.com.my with the following:

  • A clear description of the fault
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice)
  • Warranty card (if applicable)
  • Product serial number (if applicable)

Exchange Policy Malaysia – Simple & Fair

We understand that mistakes can happen. That’s why our exchange policy Malaysia covers specific cases where you are eligible for an exchange:

  • You received the wrong item (different from your invoice)
  • The product has a confirmed manufacturer’s defect

All exchange requests must be made within 3 working days of purchase or delivery acceptance, again via sales@ckmusic.com.my with the required documents. Once approved, a one-to-one exchange will be arranged for the same product model.

CK Music Warranty in Malaysia – Terms & Coverage

Every product sold by CK Music comes with a warranty that reflects our long-standing commitment to quality. The CK Music warranty guarantees that products are free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal usage. Depending on the manufacturer, warranty duration and coverage may vary.

Warranty activation:

To activate your warranty, customers must register online through our warranty registration page. During registration, please upload your proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).


Warranty Service Process

For warranty claims, customers must bring the faulty product to our showroom for assessment. Claims will only be processed if the product has been registered with valid proof of purchase.


Warranty coverage:

The CK Music warranty in Malaysia is valid for:

  • Products purchased directly from CK Music Sdn Bhd
  • Products purchased from authorised dealers in Malaysia for brands officially distributed by CK Music

Warranty Exclusions:

Warranty does not cover cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, cracks), damage from misuse, impact, water, extreme conditions, or use of third-party accessories. Natural disasters (fire, flood, lightning) and accidents are also excluded.
