Loyalty Reward Points Program

Terms and Conditions

Eligibility:
Participation in the loyalty reward point redemption program is open to all customers/users who have enrolled in the loyalty program and have accumulated enough reward points to redeem for rewards. Employees of the company are not eligible to participate in the program.

Earning Loyalty Reward Points:
Customers/Users can earn loyalty reward points by engaging in eligible activities such as purchasing products, referring new customers, reviewing products, or participating in promotions or surveys at CK Music. The number of points earned will vary based on the activity and will be specified in each promotion or offer. Rewards points are earned based on purchases made by customers. Points are not transferable or redeemable for cash, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount. CK Music Sdn Bhd reserves the right to modify or terminate the reward point system at any time, without notice.

Reviewing Products: 100 Points

Purchase: RM1 = 1 Points

Reward Redemption:
Rewards can be redeemed online store. CK Music Sdn Bhd reserves the right to limit the availability of certain rewards or to substitute rewards of equal or greater value. Rewards are subject to availability and may change without notice.

Redemption points on purchase: 100 Points = Rm1

Expiration and Forfeiture:
Loyalty reward points expire after a certain period of time, as specified in each promotion or offer. Expired points cannot be redeemed for rewards or discounts. In addition, members who violate the company’s terms and conditions or engage in fraudulent activities may have their loyalty reward points forfeited and their membership revoked.

Expiring period: 3 Months from earning with 1 months notice

Limitations and Restrictions:
CK Music Sdn Bhd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or any aspect of it at any time without notice. CK Music also reserves the right to modify, restrict, or limit the redemption options or the number of loyalty reward points that can be earned or redeemed by any member at any time. CK Music Sdn Bhd will not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses resulting from the modification, suspension, or termination of the Program.

Personal Data Protection:
The company shall process the personal data of members in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and its related regulations. Members shall have the right to access, correct, and delete their personal data in accordance with the provisions of the Act.

Governing Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising out of or related to the Program will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Malaysian Arbitration Act 2005.

By participating in the loyalty reward point redemption program, customers agree to these terms and conditions.
