All products once sold are non-returnable. Exceptions will be made for products that are found to be faulty (due to manufacturing defects only) and should be reported to us via email, firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days upon purchase or acceptance of delivery. Please describe the fault of the product and include your proof of purchase, warranty cards with the date of purchase and serial number (if applicable). Our representative will be able to assist you.

Warranty terms and conditions
CK MUSIC SDN BHD warrants its products to be free from manufacturer's defect in workmanship and materials, and at its sole option, repair or replace any components that fail in normal use which includes free labour or parts covered during the warranty period unless otherwise stated.
Products with warranty will be issued with CK Music's official warranty card with the stated duration of warranty according to manufacturers' warranty terms.
For warranty service, customers are required to send in their faulty equipment to our retail showroom for fault assessment together with the warranty card and the original receipt as proof of purchase.
Warranty is only valid for products purchased from CK MUSIC SDN BHD and its authorised resellers in Singapore.
The following forms of anomalies or misuse to the product will not be covered by this warranty – cosmetic damage such as enclosure scratches, dents, hard knocks or impact, breakage, exposure to water, liquid or extreme temperatures and humidity, not used in accordance with the instructions provided by the equipment manufacturer, including damages and burns due to the use of third party accessories , wrong power adapter, battery leakage, fire, flood, lightning, accidents or any acts of nature or external causes.
CK MUSIC SDN BHD reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions of its warranty policy at its own discretion.
